1. The provider

The service is provided by the operator of the MozgásKlinika Újbuda clinic (clinic: 1111 Budapest, Budafoki út 22.; email: ujbuda@mozgasklinika.hu; phone: +36 30 403 1857). The privacy notice of the clinic's Salonic booking page names Fizio Medical Kft. as the data controller. Jogi · Legal [VERIFY] name, registered seat, company registration number and tax number of the operating company: to be supplied by the clinic

The centre of the MozgásKlinika franchise network, Physio Consulting Kft. (Franchise Centre), does not provide healthcare services and does not operate the clinic. The operator of the clinic is responsible for healthcare.

2. Prices

Current fees are listed on the Prices page (from the clinic's Salonic booking page, checked on 9 October 2026). Prices are indicative (Salonic booking policy). We confirm the exact fee at your consultation.

• First consultation and assessment (60 min): 24,990 HUF
• Assessment: jaw-joint (TMJ) therapy (50 min): 24,990 HUF
• Physiotherapy (exercise therapy) (50 min): 22,990 HUF
• Manual therapy (50 min): 24,990 HUF
• Jaw manual therapy (cranio- and temporomandibular) (50 min): 24,990 HUF
• Physiotherapy combined with manual therapy (50 min): 24,990 HUF
• Physical therapy combined with manual therapy (50 min): 24,990 HUF
• Medical Fitness (60 min): 22,990 HUF

Prices

3. Booking

You can book online in the Salonic booking system (mozgasklinika.salonic.hu) or by phone. A booking is valid once it has been confirmed. No referral is needed. The first visit starts with an assessment, even if you have been examined elsewhere and bring earlier results.

4. Cancellation

According to the booking policy in Salonic, you can cancel or change your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before it, in the online booking system or by email. If you cancel within 24 hours, the fee of the session is payable by bank transfer, and your next booking is approved once it has been settled. Your booking is valid once we have confirmed it.

5. Passes

Under the Salonic booking policy, passes are valid for 3 months from purchase, unused sessions are not refunded, and a cancellation within 24 hours uses up one session.

Pénzügy · Finance [VERIFY] Passes: the passes in the Salonic account are shared by three clinics of the network and do not name a clinic. To be confirmed by the clinic: that each one can be used at Újbuda, and which treatments each pass covers.

6. Payment and invoicing

Jogi · Legal [VERIFY] Payment methods at the clinic (cash, bank card, SZÉP card, bank transfer) and health-fund invoices: not published by the clinic. The Salonic payment terms only describe online card payment (SimplePay). Please ask when you book.

We are a private healthcare provider operating under Hungarian law and issue standard Hungarian invoices only. We do not complete forms or certificates for foreign insurers and do not correspond with foreign insurance companies directly. Claiming reimbursement is your own responsibility.

7. Number of sessions

The number of sessions you will need can never be guaranteed in advance. It depends on how you respond and on the professional assessment.

8. Medical documentation

Copies of your medical documentation, as required by law, are provided on request.
